It showcases a vibrant green colour, a mellow umami, and imparts a harmonious suite of well-rounded ‘matcha’ flavours to your recipes. This matcha boasts deeply rich notes of shade-grown green tea, a captivating fragrance, and the intensity required to ‘cut’ through other complementary ingredients. It makes superb steamed/frothed milk beverages and is ideal for use in drink and dessert recipes such as matcha lattes, smoothies, desserts, snacks, chocolate, and other culinary creations.

Beautiful matcha colour and quality mashallah - I’ve used the powder to make matcha tiramisu quite a few times already and I’m super happy with it!:) even my friend’s mum who hates matcha actually enjoyed it!!
PS. My tin arrived with a dent in it but alhamdulilah the powder itself was intact as it comes in a separate bag initially:)

Even though this is culinary grade, it still has well rounded body and tastes great in iced lattes. The one star less is because my tin arrived with an irreversible dent in it but otherwise, quality was good and I liked the postcard that came with it.
